Angel’s Bride

A poem by … me

Angel’s Bride

One blessed day of silence

I opened the door

to my angel.

One blessed day of silence

I left the world behind,

I walked through that door.

One blessed day

My eyes could see,

My ears could hear,

My mind could hold

A world above and beyond words.

Lightly I entered

Where love is real

Where each light speck says ”we love”

Where every object sings

“For you, from Love”

Where each flower asks to be my friend

Where I may touch the stars

Where each tree has stories to tell

My Angel’s arms …

My Home.
