A live event ~ Exercise of Presence

“An exercise of presence”, I’ll call it. Practice being. Another word for presence: (real) love. There is no end goal. No seeking. No achievement. No rules. No thinking. No talking. It’s all, whole, here and now.
Quoting Eckhart Tolle:
“When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action.”
“How” is always more important that “what.” See if you can give much more attention to the doing than to the result that you want to achieve through it.”
Email me at hello@theoandmira.com if you wish to join me in this presence exercise. Tell me a bit about yourself.

I’ll let you know where and when. We’ll be a (very) small group sitting in silence and drinking tea in a coffee shop or library. Being as present as we can be at this present Now.

“Presence is contagious.”
“I am You”, Rumi sang.
