… then having it described in words?
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts.
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts of fear.
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts of attack, which is fear.
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts of defenses, which is fear.
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts of worry, which is a form of fear.
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts of inadequacy, inappropriateness, inequity, inequality, which are forms of fear.
What I see now in mind’s eye are thoughts of dis-ease, which is a form of fear.
Now, I choose to shift my mind’s eye focus to space.
Space is a form of love.
Space is not emptiness.
Space is the place where thoughts are born and where thoughts dissolve.
Space is the time before anything was born.
Now I see clearly.
