Integrating breathing practice in daily living, I am sometimes so surprised to observe how effective a reminder to stop and breathe can be.
Adopt #UnconditionalHappiness. This is #ConsciousLiving. 99% of what happens in the regular mind is harmful useless problem and anxiety generating thought. Creativity comes after mental chatter subsided.
